About Rob
Rob Lamberton is a formulation scientist, clinical consultant, educator, and author whose work focuses on understanding why health interventions produce different outcomes in different individuals — why the same protocol helps one patient and fails another, and why correctly identified problems often don’t resolve with seemingly correct solutions.
His book, Systems Homeostasis & Applied Human Systems Physiology, lays out the central governing framework behind his work: Response = Input × Terrain. Drawing from formulation science, advanced functional laboratory interpretation, and systems physiology, Rob helps audiences move beyond symptom-focused thinking toward understanding the body’s actual capacity to adapt, regulate, and recover.
He is the founder of Systems Homeostasis, an educational platform serving the general public and healthcare practitioners through courses, consulting, and professional training. Based in Nakhon Si Thammarat, Thailand.
